DescriptionThis is a sterling silver seed bowl that is significantly wider than it is tall (almost "flying saucer"-like in shape). A feather design is arranged in a circle around the opening of the bowl. The circumference of the bowl is decorated with black lip mother of pearl inlay. There are three 14-karat gold pieces of varying sizes interspersed among the pieces of shell inlay. The bottom section of the bowl is decorated with a circle of hand stamped Navajo scalloped design.
