DescriptionJar, white slipped with black painted Chaco pre-contact design. Angles stepped elongated triangles in brown-black color. Frame line on rim.
Tribal Collection Review RemarksAccording to the participants in the Acoma collection review visit May 11-13, 2016 (Events Record “Collection Review: Acoma Pueblo Review 6”): Lucy made another jar with the same design that was on a stamp. That jar is in the National Museum of the American Indian’s collection and is currently in President Obama’s office (2016).
