Tribal Collection Review RemarksJim Enote and Octavius Seowtewa during collection review visit December 7 and 8, 2010 (Events Record “Collection Review: Zuni Tribe, Review 5”): The materials used are turquoise, coral, shell, possibly ricolite (the light green stone), and an unknown dark green/black stone. There is a 2001 note by Kent McManis that indicates that the necklace may have been made by a member of the Leekya family. Mr. Seowtewa thought this necklace may have been made by Leekya Deyuse. Leekya Deyuse's children Francis and Bessie also made jewelry.
