Tribal Collection Review RemarksJim Enote and Octavius Seowtewa during collection review visit December 7 and 8, 2010 (Events Record “Collection Review: Zuni Tribe, Review 5”): The materials used are silver tortoiseshell, coral, turquoise, abalone, and mother of pearl (the “white shell” mentioned in the current catalog description). The figures are Apache Crown Dancers (Gan Dancers). The pin is missing a stone, which was probably jet, from one of the feathers.
