DescriptionA basket-style jar with a loop handle arching from one side to the other. The top half of the piece is white, with black triangles decorating the rim. The bottom half of the piece is orange.
Tribal Collection Review RemarksAccording to the participants in the Acoma collection review visit June 26-27, 2017 (Events Record “Collection Review: Acoma Pueblo Review 9”): Pottery baskets are made at Acoma, however, none of the participants have seen a pottery basket like this before. No more comments were made.
