Tribal Collection Review RemarksAccording to the participants in the Acoma collection review visit May 11-13, 2016 (Events Record “Collection Review: Acoma Pueblo Review 6”): The wood used to make this basket is very clean. If it were willow it should have some bark still clinging to it. Because this basket is clean in construction and light in color the participants are not sure if it is Acoma.
Note: Have Jill Oyenque (?) look at it to see what she thinks of the materials.
