DescriptionPair of earrings inlaid with Sardinian coral and turquoise in channel silver set.
Tribal Collection Review RemarksJim Enote and Octavius Seowtewa during collection review visit February 16 and 17, 2011 (Events Record “Collection Review: Zuni Tribe, Review 6”): The catalog description says the red is Sardinian coral. It appears that this is correct because it has different shades of red, like Sardinian coral does. The piece is silver channel inlay, as the description says, but plastic aluminum was used to fill in gaps between the silver and the coral and turquoise.
