DescriptionOval fit. Apache Mountain Spirit dancer inlay on shell. Scalloped bezel. Half-shell design on split shank. The materials used are silver, mother of pearl, abalone, turquoise, coral, and jet.
Tribal Collection Review RemarksJim Enote and Octavius Seowtewa during collection review visit December 7 and 8, 2010 (Events Record “Collection Review: Zuni Tribe, Review 5”): The materials used are silver, mother of pearl, abalone, turquoise, coral, and jet. The technique used is mosaic inlay. The design may be an Apache Mountain Spirit Dancer (Mr. Seowtewa and Mr. Enote suggested staff ask an Apache person to be sure of this.)
