Tribal Collection Review RemarksJim Enote and Octavius Seowtewa during collection review visit February 16 and 17, 2011 (Events Record “Collection Review: Zuni Tribe, Review 6”): The silver drops on these earrings are handmade using a stamping technique. The lapidary work on the turquoise is of good quality because the pieces are well domed and polished. The clasp-style posts are commercial and are of the same type as is used on SAR.1988-6-43AB and it is possible that both pairs of earrings were made by the same artist.
