DescriptionOil pastel on paper., 32" by 30." Pastels are in jewel tones (purple, gold, dark blue, green, and yellow) on black ground sheet. A large abstracted spiral fills upper two thirds of work. A wavy line outlined in blue runs the entire vertical length of painting and intersects the spiral just to right of center. Two more wavy lines outlined in blue are placed in lower half of painting to left and right of the spiral. Outside edges of the work is bordered with thin, gold and yellow rectangles. Throughout the painting, hatch marks are interspersed. Per artist, these hatch marks are abstracted seeds that represent 'opportunities for continued growth.' Artist's signature is in lower right hand corner.
